The system control is: DELTA - PLC control (single). Production parameters are stored for various brands such as Samsung, LG, Sharp, Chi Mei, AUO, Huaxing Photoelectric, Hitachi, Hanyu Display, Huasheng, Zhonghua, etc. The system features four different temperature set points for precise control. The operating interface is: WV full-color PDA (single communication). A 6.5-inch intelligent man-machine interface with a programmable controller (PLC) control system ensures stable and reliable equipment operation.
Heating method: pulse heating mode. The system features fast heating/cooling, auxiliary cooling function, high-quality titanium alloy head, automatic temperature compensation function, and precise temperature control.
High precision counterpoint: micrometer counterpoint. Equipped with an advanced optical alignment system, the system provides precise product counterpoint and production. The X, Y, Z axis adjustment adopts high-precision micrometer regulator for higher precision. The 19-inch large screen display enhances contrapuntal line electrode registration.
