Product Description

DN20 marine infrared night vision device
DN20 marine infrared night vision device adopts thermal imaging technology, it does not need any light at night, nor any infrared light, it can image clearly. The image is connected to the LCD screen in the cab for the driver to watch, effectively avoiding accidents!
Whether it is day or night, whether it is foggy or cloudy or rainy, it is possible to sail safely, to find the surface target in time, eliminate safety hazards, and achieve the purpose of safe travel.

Ship Thermal Imaging Marine PTZ Camera System
If used in cold areas, DN20 can be an optional heater. When the temperature is lower than 4 degrees Celsius, the heater will automatically start to prevent ice and snow from affecting the image.
Features of this system:
Night vision, uncooled thermal imaging camera with 50mm focal length lens
As a crew member, when sailing on dim water, it is necessary to figure out the situation of targets such as ports, other ships, bridges, river embankments, and abnormal objects on the water surface.
Infrared thermal imaging cameras image according to the temperature difference of objects. At night, there is a temperature difference between different objects, and different surfaces of the objects have different reflection effects on thermal radiation, so thermal imaging cameras are ideal night vision equipment. The following are some visible and infrared contrast images taken at the same time, at the same place, and at the same target at night:

The infrared thermal imaging camera also has a fog penetration function, which can see the surrounding water surface under harsh sailing conditions to enhance safety. The following are some contrast images of visible light and infrared in the fog:

The 320×240 pixel detector is matched with a 50mm focal length lens. For a 20m ship, the detection distance exceeds 2000m.
2,Surveillance
After the video signal is input to DN20, the date (year, month, day), time (hour, minute, second), GPS (latitude and longitude), platform rotation angle, and heading based on true north are superimposed on the output video screen in real time. While recording the image, it also records the current time (the time is the satellite time received by GPS, no need to set), location, and direction, so as to achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring;

  1.  Easy to use, its interface and operation are the same as ordinary cameras, and it is easy to use
The system has no special requirements for the operator. Even people who don't know infrared thermal imaging, even novices, will use DN20.
The system is fully compatible with the ordinary CCTV monitoring system on board, and its power supply, signal, installation, etc. are all connected with the ordinary monitoring system on board to realize unified maintenance.
  1.  Three-proof treatment, can directly flush the equipment with water
The optoelectronic equipment is installed in a closed waterproof cover, integrated shell, strict waterproof, moisture-proof and corrosion-proof measures are taken at the interface, and the cable connection adopts waterproof and anti-corrosion connectors.

  1.  Effective shipboard stability, platform stability does not exceed ±0.5°
When the ship is sailing, there will always be a little shaking, and there is no problem with the shaking when the lens focal length is short and the field of view is wide. But when the focal length of the lens is long, the wind and waves are large, or the ship is small, and the ship is shaking severely, the picture will be ugly, or even dizzy when looking at the picture.
With the gyro stabilized platform, the shaking of the camera picture is greatly reduced, and the stability is ±0.5°.

System connection diagram and wiring description (Figure 1)

The thin lines in the figure are the internal wiring of the equipment manufacturer, and the thick lines are the shipyard wiring. The shipyard wiring is described as follows:
  •  From the installation position of the control box to the installation position of the photoelectric pointer, lay 3 wires:
1. 1 2*1.0 power cable
2. Water blocking network cable or 4*2*0.75 communication cable (must be twisted pair cable) 2
2. Arpa radar data output port to the control box, 1 wire:
2 core signal cable or 1 network cable
3. Connect the GPS data output port to the control box with 1 wire:
2 core signal cable or 1 network cable
Four, 220V on the ship to the control box, 1 wire:
1 2*1.0 power cord

Note: All lines in this system are weak current, and must be wired separately from the strong current lines on the ship, otherwise interference may occur!
