The system control is: DELTA - PLC control (single). Production parameters are stored for brands such as Samsung, LG, Sharp, Chi Mei, AUO, Huaxing Photoelectric, Hitachi, Hanyu Display, Huasheng, Zhonghua, etc. The system includes four different temperature set points for precise control. PLC and touch screen communication allow for automatic control function extension based on production needs. The stability control is provided by Panasonic - TC2. Imported temperature sensing line and Panasonic's newest chips (TC2) ensure accurate temperature control, fast heating time, and high temperature precision. The system also includes heating curves and parameters for synchronous display.
The operating interface is WV full-color PDA (single communication) with a 6.5-inch intelligent man-machine interface. The programmable controller (PLC) control system ensures stable and reliable equipment operation.
The heating method is pulse heating mode, offering fast heating/cooling and auxiliary cooling function. The system includes a high-quality titanium alloy head with automatic temperature compensation for precise temperature control.
The high precision counterpoint is achieved through a micrometer counterpoint system. Equipped with an advanced optical alignment system, the system allows for precise X, Y, Z axis adjustment using high-precision micrometer regulators. The 19-inch large screen display enhances contrapuntal line electrode registration.
