The device offers multiple bonding IC options and allows for unidirectional X or Y bonding. With a bonding accuracy within ±1.5μm, it supports 4K screens and provides the highest positioning accuracy setting of ±0.5μm.
The equipment requires a clean, dust-free environment and operates on a supply pressure of 0.3~0.5Mpa. It features a PID Temperature Control System by DELTA, ensuring precise temperature control within +/- 0.3 degrees Celsius. The hot pressing head is made of Japan Titanium, offering a plane precision of 0.001mm.
