The system control is: DELTA - PLC control (single). Production parameters have store brands on the market such as Samsung, LG, Sharp, Chi Mei, AUO, Huaxing Photoelectric, Hitachi, Hanyu Display, Huasheng, Zhonghua, etc. Four different temperature set points are available: starting temperature, the temperature of the first paragraph, the second section temperature, cooling temperature. PLC and touch screen communication allow for extended production process automatic control function. The system automatically detects abnormality and displays alarms for quick equipment maintenance.
The stability control is: Panasonic - TC2. Imported temperature sensing line and Panasonic's newest chips (TC2) provide more accurate temperature control, fast heating time, higher temperature precision, and display heating curves and parameters synchronously.
The operating interface is: WV full-color PDA (single communication). A 6.5-inch intelligent man-machine interface with a programmable controller (PLC) control system ensures stable and reliable equipment operation.
Heating method: pulse heating mode. Features fast heating/cooling and auxiliary cooling functions. Equipped with a high-quality titanium alloy head, automatic temperature compensation function, and precise temperature control.
High precision counterpoint: micrometer counterpoint. Advanced optical alignment system for clear counterpoint and precision production. X, Y, Z axis adjustment with high-precision micrometer regulator for higher precision. 19-inch large screen display for faster registration.
